Domain registration is paid separately and stays in the customer’s name. New features, redesigns, online stores, login areas, bookings and custom integrations are quoted separately. Unused monthly content-update time does not roll over.

### How does a website subscription work?

You pay a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription. We create a website from templates tailored to your business, host it and handle technical maintenance while your subscription is active.

### How much do I pay in the first month?

Essential costs US$198.00 in the first month: US$99.00 for setup and US$99.00 for the first monthly payment. From the second month, it is US$99.00 per month. Professional and Premium also have a one-time setup fee, shown in each plan.

### What does maintenance include?

Technical fixes, ongoing care and backups. Text and image changes are quoted separately on Essential. Professional includes one monthly request of up to 30 minutes, and Premium includes up to 1 hour per month. Unused time does not roll over.

### Do I need a domain, copy and photos?

You can start without a domain. We help with setup; registration is paid separately and stays in your name. You provide the copy, photos and branding, and we adapt them to your chosen template.

### How long will my website take?

We agree on a timeline after understanding your project and receiving your materials. You receive a preview to review and approve before launch.

### Can I request an online store or custom software?

These plans cover business websites. Online stores, login areas, bookings, new features and integrations are quoted separately.

### Will my website appear on Google?

We prepare the technical foundations for search, with fast pages, clear titles, descriptions and organized content. Rankings and timing also depend on competition, content and search engines; we do not promise positions.

### What if I want to cancel?

Hosting is linked to your subscription. Cancellation, continuity and migration terms are provided in your proposal before you subscribe. Your domain remains yours.
